Mike has worked in construction and construction management his entire career and earned a degree in construction management from Oklahoma State University in 1984.
Mike began CCR Construction in 1995 and grew the company to “Preferred Contractor” status for several national companies. His experience in doing commercial rebuilds and roof lifts led him to the creation of the Rapid Roof Lifter process. When a job-related accident involving Mike occurred, he set out to create a better way to perform a roof lift. Mike’s father, Brian (Butch) Webb already held several patents in the oil field industry and together they created the patent – pending Rapid Roof Lifter process.
Together in 2000 they performed their first roof lift with the Rapid Roof Lifter process and have successfully lifted many roofs since then across the country with no accidents and no injuries!
Mike enjoys water skiing, motorsports and flying his airplane. He resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife and son.
Kim A. Keller
President Sales and Marketing
Kim grew up in the construction trades and even built his own home. Later Kim founded his own Residential Construction and Handyman business. For most of Kim’s career , he was employed in Sales and Marketing Executive roles for a wide variety of companies.
Computers, Telecomunications and Digital Media all played an important role in Kim’s career but his interest was always in the construction industry. Kim and Mike have been friends for over 30 years and over the years Kim provided Sales consulting to CCR from time to time. In 2015 the opportunity presented itself for Kim to join Mike with the Rapid Roof Lifter product.
Kim also enjoys motorsports and has been a Private Pilot for close to 40 years. He resides in Tulsa with his wife.
